Reliable raw material
For its own production of plastic profiles, Relux uses a raw material it produces itself. Plastics are an indispensable part of our lives and are used in virtually every industrial sector. The popularity of plastics can be attributed to the wide range of plastic applications, from which many different types of plastics have been developed, such as HD-PE (High Density Polyethylene), LD-PE (Low Density Polyethylene) und PP (Polypropylene). Plastics are produced from fossilised raw materials during complex chemical processes. Fossilised resources are limited, as they do not renew themselves.
Relux Kunststofftechnik handles the collecting, sorting, processing and recycling of plastics and they produce secondary plastics in a reliable, high-quality and a customised way to meet your requirements. Polyolefins are the main focus of our activities.
High-quality, mechanical processes are used for processing the plastics during material recycling. This produces a pure and homogeneous agglomerate or ground material that is specified to meet the requirements of the plastics processing industry.
Relux recyclates are raw plastic materials that are specifically produced and are especial suitability for use in injection moulding and extrusion processes. Furthermore, Relux also provides specific support for developing customer-specific recipes.
The users define the specific product quality for the agglomerates and ground goods here and Relux then produces them exactly in accordance with these specifications. For example, agglomerates with a defined ratio of HD-PE, LD-PE or PP are produced for further processing and for use in horticulture, road construction and the agricultural supply industry.
Our own laboratory ensures continuous quality monitoring and the many years expertise gained by our qualified staff guarantee systematic selection of post-consumer plastics that ensure stable product quality. Relux is able to provide the plastics processing industry with the opportunity to meet the increasing political and social demands placed on the recycling of plastics.
The processes are monitored and certified both as part of our quality management system and as part of the recycling requirements in accordance with the Packaging Act and EUCertPlast. This also creates the conditions for using the raw materials in products bearing the Blue Angel symbol.
